Original Artwork and Limited Edition Prints

Due to the unique nature of original artwork and limited edition prints, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damage During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or offer a full refund, including shipping costs.

Refund Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at ricardoedwards.art@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days to process after we receive the returned item.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
